I believe when organizations create an environment that engages their customers emotionally, and treat everyone they encounter with empathy, dignity, and respect, they are creating a better world for everyone.

I believe when organizations create and foster such an environment and culture they are rewarded by the physical and emotional enrichment of their owners, their employees, and their community.

Organizations create this environment by focusing all of their energy and resources on customer engagement.  These organizations are structured and designed “Outside-In,” with the customers’ needs, both physical and emotional, taking precedence over the business’ needs.

These organizations understand that if they truly satisfy the physical and emotional needs of their customers, their business’ needs for revenue and growth will exceed their expectations.

I work closely with organizations of any size to create success.  I’ve worked with large corporations with annual sales in excess of $65 million, as well as with sole proprietors.  I work collaboratively with all stakeholders of the organization to develop an organization that engages their customers and creates growth.

I’ve owned my own businesses in both the service and manufacturing sectors so I am intimately familiar with all aspects of business management and operations.

I possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.  I currently live in Lecanto, Florida.
